• Who the enquiry is for (yourself or a family member).
• Optionally, your district or city and any note you choose to share.
• If you subscribe to updates, your email address.
• Technical details: the campaign or event you came from, the time you gave consent, and a one-way protected code derived from your internet address to prevent spam.

Why we collect it

Only to review your registration, contact you about the launch of First & Forever, and invite you to create a full profile when the platform opens. We do not use your details for advertising.

How we protect it

• Your name, email, mobile number, district or city and note are encrypted before they are stored.
• All connections to this website are encrypted (HTTPS).
• Only a small, authorised review team can view registrations, using two-factor sign-in, and every access is logged.
• We never sell, rent or share your information with third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep your registration until the full platform launches and you decide whether to create a profile, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or permanently delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time through our Contact page. We will act on your request promptly.

Registering on behalf of someone

If you register a son, daughter or relative, you confirm that they are at least 18 and have agreed to you sharing their details.
